Our Process

Before a nanny begins with your family, they go through our quality assurance process. Our process includes an initial screen of each candidate, a detailed application highlighting education and experience, an in depth personal interview with a CNT professional, background investigation and a family meeting and orientation session.

Our Program

We are not only committed to finding the best possible College Nanny for your family, but in developing their skills as well. Each College Nanny completes The College Nanny Training Program before they begin with your family. Once each nanny begins, further training and resources are also readily available to all nannies in order to enable them to provide the best care for your children including:
