Georgia's Proposed Divorce Laws
Separate laws being proposed in the Georgia state Senate and House will make it tougher to get a divorce in Georgia. The one most likely to cause the most controversy, a bill prefilled by state Rep. Nikki Randall, a Macon Democrat, would prohibit an adulterous spouse from receiving any marital property if the adultery lead to the divorce. Read more and then join the discussion.
